I was a bit of an underdog growing up who struggled in school and even in sports. But I harnessed that experience in the years that followed to coach youth track and field, serve in the Air Force, pack on muscle and transform many lives as a certified trainer and nutrition consultant.

A “Less Is More” Approach Works Best

Forget about “Go hard or go home!” and “Embrace the pain!” and all that.

Forget about doing multiple exercises in a single circuit.  Although this is a great way to break a sweat and raise your heart rate, it allows far too many misaligned and disconnected reps.

1. Cost

Online Coaching: For about the cost of a daily Starbucks coffee you can invest in yourself by purchasing my top Online Coaching program: a full 6 or 12 months of custom workouts, nutritional consultations, and Skype calls, all in addition to email support. 

Personal Training: Depending on your needs and goals I may recommend weight training 2 to 4 times per week for 30 to 60 minutes. Each program is based on the amount of sessions purchased in advance. The 12-month personal training program is the best value in Lisle, Illinois. This is the most popular program and is guaranteed to give you results.

2. Time Management

There are only a certain number of 6:00 am time slots available to my in-person clients. 5:30 pm? Yep, the same thing. Wouldn’t it be much easier if you chose when you want to exercise? Why not work out when you have the time, not when your trainer’s schedule dictates.

3. Expertise

Not to be immodest, but I’m not a beginner. I happen to know more and get better results than other trainers.
